The paper game.
Now a race.
- Name
- Place
- Animal
- Thing
The one you played at the back of class with a torn-out sheet and someone shouting stop. Same letter. Same panic. Same argument at the end. It just fits in your pocket now.
iPhone, iPad and Android. No signup.
One letter. Four answers. The clock is already running.
Everyone gets the same letter at the same moment. Fill the sheet before the timer empties — and write something the others will not.
Unique answer, ten points. Someone else wrote the same thing, it is worth less. Four of you wrote Book, so Book is worth two. Rarity is the whole game.
No dictionary.
The room decides.
The app enforces exactly one rule: your answer has to start with the letter. That is the only thing a machine judges. Everything else goes to the table.
When the round ends, every sheet goes up and the other players tick or cross each answer. A tie goes to whoever wrote it. There is no word list in this app, no AI referee, and no opinion about whether a bat is a Thing.
- Bhavna — nobody objected. It stands.
- Bat, for Thing — four of the five said that is an animal. Zero.
What else is in there
Five things the paper version never had.
-
Room codes
Six digits. Paste it into the group chat and they are in. There is no friend list to build first, and nobody has to make an account.
-
Ghost bots
Playing alone, six of them play with you. They never judge your answer — they only make the obvious ones worth less.
-
The Daily Letter
One letter. Twenty seconds. One shot. It is the same letter for everyone in the world that day.
-
Your own categories
Festivals, songs, brands, films, cities — keep the four defaults, swap them, or add your own, up to twelve in a room.
-
Streaks and badges
Twenty-seven badges, fifty levels from Beginner to NPAT Legend, and one streak shield a week for the day you forget.
